Your parents are correct. You can eat healthy but a consistent level of exercise is still necessary :)

Just balance it out and show you can do it :)

As long as you get a couple of hours of exercise a day and eat right you should be good for several hours of computer time

So i am a really person who works out a couple hours a day and eat really healthy and my parents say that being sat behind a computer all day is not good for me and i should go outside to be healthy does any one have a counter argument.

if you sit for 7 or more hourers per day you will die 61% faster on average no way to reverse it

the human is just not made to sit

Sitting around for long periods of time is not good for health - especially if you don't do anything physically demanding, your heart just sits there essentially idling. When you actually do something demanding, you tire out very quickly. But even if you exercise every day, sitting for too long is not good for human health.

You can get desks you can adjust so you can stand up at least.
