Motherboard for AMD

​I'm looking for a MOBO that will support an AMD CPU and

 

so far, I've found quite a lot of different models.

 

My question is: 

If you buy a motherboard for AMD CPUs,

will that restrict you to using only AMD and not

NVIDIA Graphics Cards/GPUs ??   :huh:

1. What chipset and socket CPU are you looking at? The model of the CPU will be very handy.

2. No, there are many people who use AMD CPUs and nVidia GPUs together.

I haven't got one just yet but I'm aiming for an AMD A10-7850K....I know, I know, it's an APU but I won't buy a GPU for now but I'm considering upgrades in the future.

There are no compatibility issues using an AMD CPU & Nvidia mobo. Now if you buy and AMD APU, then in the future decide to purchase a GPU, the APU will simply default to inactive. Your video source will be the GPU after that
