Sort of to get into the discussion of why instead of purely what we use, as I hinted at before with my reasoning - testing environments. Linus' reasoning will be a little different with the need for separation between work and his personal life but for myself and a few of my friends, multiple browsers give the option of testing environments either for web development or in the situation of the forums, a user testing environment. 

 

I still can't figure out why he has 5 though. I roll with 3 (Chrome for day to day, Firefox as a test, IE for compatibility) but I can't really see the need for Opera or Safari.

I use IE to dl Chrome.

I have just the installer on my Universal Serial Bus Flash Storage Device.
