Should I Buy My Aunt's Tablet?

I have an aunt of mine that bought an LG G Pad 7.0 with a new phone, but she regrets buying it and wants to sell it to me for $85. I can see myself using the tablet, but even if I decided that I didn't want it anymore, I can probably sell it for +$85 on Ebay. I believe that it would be the wifi only model, which is fine.

Should I buy it?

I'd say it will be an okay move, but the issue is seller fees on Ebay cutting into the profit. Sell on Reddit's r/hardwareswap or locally instead.

It's not fantastic tbh, but a good deal for $85. If you can use it yourself then get it, but imo not worth it just to sell it onwards. Keep in mind it's not mind-blowing performance. Same CPU as the Moto G.
