Latency difference between detachable USB cable and attached USB cable on a keyboard

Between a USB cable thats attached to the keyboard and a detachable usb keyboard, is there any latency issues.

technically kinda maybe, but a teeny tiny miniscule amount, on the microsecond or less level. the length of your cable would create a greater, and still negligible latecy

as far as human interaction is concerned, too small to have any noticable effect, and only measurable on VERY expensive equipment.

considering most keyboards operate on between a 250hz and 1000 hz effect, it is many orders of magnitude less significant than their inherent latency.
