Has anyone tried this yet and overclocked their card?

I don't think you can do it will 970s because of the VRMs being on the opposite side.

 

Don't quote me on that though.

Oh, I checked it on their site and they said the gtx 970 and 980 is compatible

Don't know many people who have it but I know it gives awesome temps even with a low end AIO :)

If the VRMs are on the other side, would a set of cheap metallic VRM heatsinks not mitigate the worst of the problems?
