Hey guys ,

I am complete lost in this situation, the problem starts here ,

I can see high ping/packetloss on my teamspeak client/in game but when i Ping the same IP in CMD  which i am getting loss ,the result comes clear, but can see loss in teamspeak client / ingame

Example -
if i ping 10.2.134.34 (my public ip) i can see response is 2ms but when i join my game server / teamspeak server i can see loss
same with teamspeak public server ,194.97.114.2

Which i am trying to say is , the CMD ping is clear with no loss but its actually getting loss ,i can see in game / teamspeak but why its not showing in CMD ??

Same with Pingtest.net 8% Loss but in CMD no loss
reason my ISP check the CMD to identify problem but in this case the cmd is clear !!

i don't know what is this problem ...i see clear response in CMD but actually its not because in teamspeak/game/pingtest.net i can see loss , please help anyone ?

I tried same thing happening with all the IP's  ...

Default Gateway is clear

and if i try to ping the same ip which i am getting loss ,its come clear in CMD but actually i have packet loss but why its not showing in cmd

It means packet loss on higher level (provider or other web server), not locally.

The IP 10.32.46.0 is the public IP last tracert can reach

I did a tracert of your teamspeak server 194.97.114.2

it drops out at 10.32.46.0 don't know were in the link that server is

All though it on the third server in the route were the drop out happens

My guess that 10.32.0.46 is a class C internal address

Look up to see if your ISP is blocking teamspeak try it through a VPN
