If the MSI R9 290X is a Lightning, get it. If not, get the G1 Gaming GTX 970. That is, if you care for overclocking a lot. Performance wise, both are neck and neck.

Alright then, it's not a Lightning. Can't tell whether it's reference or TFIV though.

what I fi can get the STRIX ? isn't it the best ? I do not care to overclock it

The STRIX is a great card for silence, but some users report coil whine and it's simply a bit overpriced compared to the other cards listed. I'd recommend the Windforce GTX 970, Tri-X R9 290X or G1 GTX 970.
