So would putting 2 in the front, the stock fan on the bottom as intake, and then 1 in back and 1 on top be good or should I just not use the stock fan?

That should do the work. Usually, there are no problems with stock airflow fans. People change them mainly for esthetic purposes and depending on the fans, for lower noise.
