How well did I do on my first time and what can I do to improve this a bit more?

I know I haven't tinkered around with the voltage, I am just hesitant and a bit cautious :(

just put the voltage to max

nothing bad will happen

then you can push the core and mem clock as far as possible wihtout worrying about voltage

It starts to crash Heaven beyond 300 for some reason. Maybe it's a bad overclocking card?

adjust the voltage to be higher.. to stabilise it.  unless for some reason you can'T touch it... in this case... idk.. and why xD

I managed to push the Core up to +140 but the memory just doesn't stabilize beyond 300. Is that a bad thing?

no it just means thats as far as it wants to go...so leave it where it is stable, and then push the core clock as far as possible while still stable :)
