Im wondering if this is a good overclock thanks  guys

Up to 1.4V is fine. If you can keep it cool.

exactly cant get to 4.9 ghz

What cooling did you use

custom liquid cooling 240 rad with 45 mm thickness 2 NF-F12 and a EK Supermacy Evo

When you're under water you can go higher than the air kids usually can. 

 

If it is cool enough 1.4V is perfectly fine.

Its in the high 70s i dont wanna go higher

Some air coolers are pretty great. But yeah Im yielding similar results on liquid. 

IIRC Linus's only went up to 4.6/7
