Best CPU cooler with (separate item)the best thermal phase for ~$30? No higher than $40.

I'll be using it on an i7-950 at stock clock with 1.1vCore(1.10000v)

Stock heatsink is at 57 idle and 94 max(it's not an issue because I can feel heat on the heatsink)

The cooler I'm looking at to buying is the 212 evo at superbiiz for $29...

I use the hyper 412 slim as it looks awesome but there are black heatsinks which are even better. The 212 evo is a great cooler.

I use the NZXT T20 I got mine a couple days ago for $22 including shipping & tax but that deal has passed yesterday.
I need to get some better thermal paste cause the stuff it comes with is CRAP, hitting 70C at 4.3 Ghz with a VCore of 1.4V I could probably lower that to 1.37 any was it only gave me 300 more Mhz than the Zalman CNPS 5X because i was using a better thermal paste with the other cooler.

How about this cooler, it's $2 cheaper(shipping) than the evo on Amazon and it seems like it could cool better...

The Hyper T4 is an inferior cooler in every respect when compared to the Hyper 212 EVO.

+1 on the Hyper 212 Evo. A great budget cooler that provides excellent cooling results. Be sure that your ram has clearance with the Hyper 212 Evo. 10_cmh212e_size.jpg
