They are on a roll. What do they make that isn't good?

Phones = Good

TV's = Good

Laptops = Good

They are rolling in it

you can add ram their ... they had some cheap ass ram , it ran at like 1333 or 1600 mhz and did not even have heat spreaders but yet they overclocked like monsters keeping tight timings

Well they tried things to rival the iPod touch they failed I believe they were called Galaxy Players.

 

Well you know of the Galaxy players so I'd call that a win. I on the other hand did not know that.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

I'll be the first to say that I'm not a fan of Samsung computer monitors. The ones I've been able to find/try at home lacked enough brightness control for me to keep.

 

What! Their monitors are great! Not sure which one you've tried but today I had a user tell me to lower the brightness because it was too bright :o for the record it was a 24" 850 Series (S24A850DW).

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

I know, I'm a bit of a freak. My light eyes can't handle bright monitors at all. My dad drives me crazy because his monitor is always on MAXIMUM BRIGHTNESS TO CHALLENGE THE SUN!!!! settings.

 

For the record, I tried the smaller version of the S27C500H and a couple of others from Best Buy and one from Costco, who's model numbers escape me at the moment.

They make home appliances too.

Their home appliances like their washing machines looks really good and you can control them with your smartphone which is pretty cool imo.

samsung lacks design and i hate it ,if i were to get a laptop now i would buy an HP or Asus 

TV's they are OK as longest they are affordable (they are usually affordable since they make their own screen panel)

mobile devices:high end devices are ok BUT i would never buy a low end samsung device as they use broadcom chipset(no hw accelaration on anything,no dev support,no source code,) on most of the armv6 devices

Microsoft

Windows phone: going nowhere

Surface: complete flop

Xbox One: horrible reception and policy backflip

Windows 8: nothing revolutionary, starting to copy Apple's rolling release model

 

 

You sound like a true samsung fanboy.

 

Anyway i disagree their tv's are awfull and overpriced, their computer screens also.

 

They do have the best lifespan on ssd atm tough i think.

 

Anyway samsung pulled and still doing it, having issues with caps and power suplies often inside tv's or computer screens even have had this with their phones recently, with phones die'ng sudenly after a month.

Phones = I've had a Galaxy Nexus and now a GS3, boh fantstic phones, + the GS4 is very good

TV's = I have  a 55" LED Samsung TV that cost $1300 with a 4 year on-site warranty, very good IMO

Laptops = Have you seen the ATIV or Series 9?

Also have an 830 SSD in my laptop, it's been excellent
