Is Eset Smart Security 6.0 good?

DudeWazap

My subscription to Norton 360 just expired today and I don't know if I should renew it or switch to a different antivirus. I didn't have any problems with Norton but I wanted a good antivirus with low resource usage and I don't know which one would be best. I did use AVG Internet Security before I used Norton and it was good for a while but then Last year when I used it I noticed that it used a lot of resources so I uninstalled it and got Norton. But I read that Eset had low resource usage and protected your PC good as well.

Something to keep in mind is that I have 5 PC's at home 2 of them run Windows 8 64bit and 3 of them run Windows 7 home premium 64bit.

Been using Eset Nod32 (different versions) for years now, low on resources, quiet, and very efficient antivirus protection. In my opinion one of the best if not THE best antivirus prog available !

Smart Security is kind of a bundle it has some features that are not present in Nod32 6.0 but for home use you don`t even need them !

Esset NOD32 6.0 is also cheaper.

Okay so I have been using NOD32 for about 3 weeks now and I automatically noticed how lite on resources it is. I am really liking it a lot. I can't believe I actually put up with Norton for a whole year. Thank's a lot guys you all were very helpful. ^_^
