Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a new laptop, and so far, I have found two models.

1: HP Pavilion 17-F232ND; click

The base price for the HP is €750, but on Wednesday there is a sale where they sell for €550!

2: Asus F751LDV-TY204H: click

Base price €580

The HP has very good specifications for it's price, but I'm afraid that it's a low quality product.

In the past I have always used Asus and I am still very happy with those products. Their notebooks never broke or overheated!

I'm afraid that the HP will overheat and that the overall quality is much lower than Asus' quality. Am I correct?

Extra information:

Budget: Max €575

Aim: Web browsing, typing texts in word, watching YouTube videos and playing some 'easy to run' games like Simcity or Spintires!

Thank you for your help!

HP one, its got double the amount of storage, its a hybrid disk and has a slightly better processor :) the only thing that the asus one wins is the GPU, 555 marks vs 575 marks

Thanks for your reply!

I know that I was linking to a Dutch website.

I don't know an English version of such a website, but then I thought that everybody would understand the specifications.

The graphics card of the HP is an 830m. Tweakers is wrong about the intel hd!

But do you think that HP has good quality products?

oh, then the HP is better at everything, and i dont have much experience with HP so you should ask someone else about that support and such but it is for sure that you are getting more for your money if you get the HP on sale for 550 euros
