Find Dancing Man campaign!

Did someone heard about this campain? if not do sure to read about it, it sickens me to see people do that to a human being.

 

 

 

 

He became known as the Dancing Man after two photos of him were posted online on 4chan with the caption: 'Spotted this specimen trying to dance the other week. He stopped when he saw us laughing.'

 

But now, the man - who was pictured happily dancing in one shot, and bowing his head in apparent humiliation and dejection in the other - has been tracked down, thanks to a social media campaign.

 

The music lover, who is named Sean and lives in London, was identified after upset Twitter user, Cassandra Fairbanks, from California, spotted the photos and asked other users to help find him.

 

And not only did The Free Thought Project activist manage to locate him within hours - but she and nearly 2,000 other women have now invited him to a huge VIP dance party in Los Angeles.

Why do people feel they have the right to film everyone and everything. These self-entitled morons these days... ffs.

 

And now in some misplaced sense or moral, they invite him to some party for cheap comic relief. Do these people lack ANY sense of self-awareness, or is this the narcissistic society we live in these days?

 

Even if that shit isn't even the true story, they still photographed him and tracked down his name. Afaik that's illegal, atleast it would be in the Netherlands.

All of this campaigning to find him and give him  good time or whatever all feels like an ego boost for those involved to me. This sort of thing happens all the time, both in the real world and on the internet, but most of it goes ignored. It's only because this gained traction that people are jumping on the bandwagon to make themselves feel/look good. A lot of people have said that it's wrong to make someone feel bad because of their weight and that it's fine to be overweight to that extent. However, being extremely overweight is very bad for your health and general well being, and it's not really something that should be considered 'fine'.
