i woad say het a new 1 since that is really old ans repairing it cost more than gpu itself or just gpu died. New 1 needed

Buy a new card, just get something cheap and second hand lol

that card is old tell your friend to buy a second hand card if he's on a budget. if not well buy a brand new card like a r9 270x or a 960 or something.
