I personally use Rainmeter, Classic Start, and Display Fusion. How about you guys?

I use display fusion with a 1 over 3 on windows 10 I would post a photo but windows 10 freaks when you take a screen shot of more that one monitor

I just use the snipping tool built into Windows :D

I have an empty desktop, if there has been a file sneaking onto it then I put it into a folder with a date and then I throw it into my documents.

 

I use Startisback for Windows 8 since I feel that it is the most customizable and stable start menu for windows 8. but you'll have to pay up if you want it

Ultramon for stretching my taskbar across both monitors (I don't use any of its other functionality)

Rainmeter for my weather forecast (because Windows' built-in widgets don't work anymore)

AIDA64 for monitoring the PC's temperatures on my G19s's screen.
