Opinions? Suggestions on any other good quality and prettier CPU coolers under 60$? Do I need the extra fans? Already bought the case and power supply...

My favorite cpu cooler under $60 is the phanteks dual tower one. It will be much better than the hyper 212 evo and look much better too. I would also get a seagate barracude for less noise. Those fans are mediocre, I prefer the bitfenix spectre pro fans for their incredible looks and decent performance.

You won't have to add more fans. the h440 comes with three intake and on exhaust so your good on cooling.
