Ok so I recently got a new PC, unfortunately is isn't a custom pc is is one that is already built. I was wondering what I could upgrade in it to be able to play some steam games.

I believe you can chuck a full graphics card on that board, your only problem being clearance from the case and heat output (like wow).

You should build your own pc.

You'll need a low profile graphics card to fit it in there, or get creative with a pcie riser. At least, that's what i feel from the picture, they don't list dimensions for the actual case, they only call it "small form factor" which means absolutely nothing to me.

Dimensions (W x D x H) 33.7 x 38.05 x 10 cm

(Without stand) Weight Starting at 5.9 kg

(Weight will vary by configuration.)

I'd recommend getting a small Low-Profile Graphics card considering you have a limited amount of space. like the comments above, make sure you have adequate cooling to the card as well  :D

You might then need that low-profile gpu. That's mighty close with only 10cm external width, depending on how deep the motherboard tray is, and how thick the side panels are. I'd crack it open to see just how much room you really have.

yeah so just a standard referance cooler by Nvidia is 11.1 cm tall....

you can go with the shorter cards on the market, or get a ribbon cable extension thing and cut a hole in your case so the card can breathe...

a card like this may be your best bet in terms of short cards.... although not very powerful http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125680&cm_re=gtx_950_ti-_-14-125-680-_-Product

oh lordy.... I would scrap the case and get something else if the motherboard is generic.... if its proprietary you are mostly screwed I think.... and I wouldnt recommend putting anything AMD in that case

Idk if this image will help but hereattachicon.gifDSC01114.jpeg

Well you can only put in half height cards there so yaaa.

also on the manufactorer website there is a list of upgrade cards that you can install graphics-wise and here they are

"Optional Discrete: AMD Radeon HD 8350 (1GB) PCIe x16

AMD Radeon HD 8490 (1GB) PCIe x16
NVIDIA NVS 310 x16 1st (no cable)
NVIDIA NVS 315 (1GB) PCIe x1"
I have no clue what else you can add but here are the ones officially supported but they are crap. Hopefully you can add somehting a little better than these.

as my first post said, that image just confirms it. You will need a low profile card, or a bit of creativity and a pcie riser.
