60 fps cap

To what? You probably have a 60hz monitor so it wont matter, It will only take more system resources.

hi

i have a gtx 980 and therefore want to use it to its full potential. however in all my game the fps only gets up to 60. i have checked in game caps and they are turned off so i was wondering how i could increase the fps cap

Is VSync turned off (in the games you play)?

It will feel like it responds faster
