4790k Adaptive Voltagw

I am currently trying to overclock my 4790k to 4.5GHz, but I'm not sure how to set up the adaptive voltage or anything to do with the cache frequency or voltage.  Any help is greatly appreciated

most of us disable all the C states

 

and for 4.5 you shouldnt need to change voltage

So I just leave voltage on auto?  I'll look at disabling the C states now

I wouldn't use adaptive voltage. Just set it to manual and have a fiddle with it.

then

 

key in your voltage where it says

 

additional turbo mode cpu core voltage. for example if you want 1.3V key in 1.3

So the adaptive voltage is set to '-' mode?  And what would you recommend the turbo mode cpu core voltage to be?
