Hy guys, do you think that a 4690k would support 2 r9 280x in crossfire? :) I'm not confident about that, nor about the amount of watts my psu shoud output :/ Any suggestions? :)

As far as bottlenecks are concerned your CPU will be fine. Not too sure about the PSU though.

Your CPU is fine, but what PSU do you have?

(I need to at least know wattage, the rating. Like Gold or Silver or Bronze and preferably brand too)

4690k will handle that no problem. If anything you're GPU's will be the bottleneck.
