YT sidebar not showing ;(

Hello guys!

 

So I have had this issue on my desktop for some time now...basicly my sidebar on youtube won't show up at most times (there's a short example video link bellow)

I don't really know what's the issue.. I tried reinstalling the browser (it doesn't work on firefox & opera as well) and I just don't know what the issue is so please help  :unsure:

Going to guess Magic Actions might just have something to do with it?

Click the little square with three lines in the top left corner to show/hide the sidebar

its beside the youtube logo

Nope, tried turning them and all the other stuff off, and it didn't do anything. Also the other 2 browsers are fresh and were downloaded just to see if anything's wrong with crome...it doesn't work on them either..
