  1. Yap, that's what I'm thinking as well, will try to just return both at the same time, just so I don't have to worry about the possibility of needing to return the other component later... And the PSU is a Corsair AX860i 860W Platinum power supply which works without any problems & has more than enough capacity to handle my parts. Thanks for the comment & I wish you a nice day!
  2. Hi, So I've been troubleshooting memory issues for over a month now (extremely enjoyable ) & I've finally decided to RMA either my CPU or motherboard & I'm making this post to hopefully get advice on which component is malfunctioning (probably the mobo, but who knows, could've just gotten extremely bad luck with the CPU...) Troubleshooting: SO I am running an i9-10850K along with a Aorus Elite AC Z490 motherboard. I have used multiple memory kits while troubleshooting this (thank god for amazon's return policies <3). And all the memory that I have been using
  3. An update to the RAM situation (for anyone that might find it helpful) To sum it up, I originally bought a 32GB (2x16) & then added another same kit of memory, however the newer kit was made with Samsung chips instead of Micron, the ranks also went from single to dual, but as I understand that shouldn't really hurt the compatibility. I could get 3 sticks to boot just fine at 3600MHz, but all 4 sticks would not work at all (Aorus Z490 Elite AC & i9-10850K). I tried booting Ubuntu with all 4 sticks & that worked fine every single time, however I just coul
  4. I've done a bit more research and you were right, they are different chips, I've also managed to boot into Ubuntu without any problems with all 4 sticks, do you by any chance know if the ram should either work or not... or is there a chance it could work differently in different OS-es.... trying to figure out if I should try reinstalling windows
  5. Ahh I see, the chips themselves are different, still strange the sticks work in a 3/4 configuration but not in 4/4... Thank you for the information!
  6. No, it's any slot, I've tried shuffling the 3 sticks around in different slots, they boot every single time, but as soon as I add another stick it doesn't wanna boot anymore (and I've tried mixing around the sticks as well)
  7. Hi, I'm currently running an i9 10850k on an Aorus Z490 Elite AC, I originally ran it with 2x16GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 3600MHz; today I got another exactly same kit & I cannot get windows to boot with all 4 sticks... As far as troubleshooting goes, all the 4 sticks are detected in BIOS without any issues, but the PC freezes at the Aorus boot logo right before Windows is loaded. Running only 3/4 sticks in any configuration works without any issues(XMP on/off, different dimm slots...). I have tried disabling XMP & trying all kinds of different speeds (b
  8. Hey everybody! So I have a bit of an odd problem. I purchased a capture card a few weeks back to get my dual PC streaming setup up & running & I'm basically stuck using OBS Studio on my gaming PC, Fullscreen monitoring onto the capture card & than that signal going to my laptop for encoding (so basically having it set up as a third display) The issue is that the frames look kinda choppy like that & that's the only thing I have yet to solve.. I can't pass the video signal through the capture card with 2 cables bcs it's HDMI & my gaming monitor runs at 144HZ, so
  9. I'd just use the hardware encoding from the recording chip on the 960... Not as good as good CPU encoding, but really good for performance, or else just get a better CPU yes.
  10. Hello everyone! So basicly I'm thinking of getting one of these 2 amps/dacs for my Sennheiser HD 598 headphones. I primarily play CS:GO & GTA 5, but also listen a lot to music and various shows... I am wondering if anyone perhaps has any experience with the amps. The Sennheiser would cost me 60€ more & I just don't know if that's worth it or not. Thank you for your help & have a nice day! ROG Centurion

Hello everyone! I would like to ask some of you that know more about headphones/audio that me.. (and also those that don't;).. What you think of the ROG Centurion Headset - Link: https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-Centurion/ It costs about 200-230€ (didn't really find many places that sell them with a quick google search) & well you get a headphone stand, an amp & headphones with 10 drivers inside... So how would you guys split the cost up? At how much would you evaluate the 3 items & how would these match up to a king like the Sennheiser HD 579 (with no adit
  12. I've looked around and the only store that would have one wants 120€ for it, but I don't wanna pay that much for this laptop
  13. I've tried to get the batteries off amazon but they don't ship here sadly.
  14. Hello! So I'm getting a new battery for my Macbook Air 2012 ..because the original one has been pretty much completely dead for the past year and a half.. And I've been wondering something about the batteries. So ofc I'm getting a used battery as they don't really make new ones anymore.. So I would like to ask what would be better to get from the 2 batteries I am comparing. They are both used original batteries but the difference is one has fewer cycles (about 520) and also a lower max capacity (about 79%) and the other one has more cycles (about 620) but a max capacity of (about 81%).
