I can get one of three but the more expensive, the longer I have to wait.

Options:

Corsair H55 - £42

Cooler Master 140XL - £53

NZXT x31 - £59.99

Corsair H80i - £59.75

Purpose:

I am trying to get a mix out looks and performance.

This is mainly to make my build look cleaner when I get my Corsair 350D and try to reduce temps by a little bit.

If I read a single "get a 240mm or don't get anything" I will just ignore you as I know that I want an AIO but I don't need that extra £50 just for 4.4GHz.

Where will you be shopping?

Different sites, these are the best prices after shopping around.

If you aren't going to replace the fan. The X31

If you are, the 140XL

What fan would I replace it with and why would this be?

get a 240mm or don't get anything :P  They probably all perform about the same... H80i probably a bit better because of the thicker rad but i'd get the NZXT just because of the way it looks...

Really? Why would this be :)

It performs as good as the X41. It's not the most expensive out your list, good price to performance. It means business and looks like it too.

If CM knows how to make something it's CPU coolers.

In theory it should beat out all the other 120mm AIO's you've listed, don't have the time to look those stats up for you though.

Okay well so far, 140XL seems to be winning.

Anybody care to prove otherwise?

This wasn't on your list but it falls in your price range after the MIR. It has  43MM Thick Rad and the Enermax are super tough.

Don't worry about this price just look at the picture of the unit. It looks a lot better with the fans attached.
