e4400 to e8400

Currently in my second pc i have an e4400 2ghz core2duo cpu. I use that pc if i wanna do pc stuff in my room and maybe play some csgo or league. anyway what im asking is that is there a big difference in gaming between the e4400 and e8400 seeing as getting an e e8400 would cost me 11 dollars.

I'd definitely go for it for $11.

 

Keep in mind E8400 keeps up with stock AMD FX in single-threaded tasks, such as League.

and to think i gave away my q6600, i could have got like $15 bucks for that thing lol

actually an e8500 runs for like 14 dollars so i might get that....

Found some benchmarks on Anandtech. They are pretty close which is a shame lol

Ikr? A CPU that gets beaten by one 4 years older and manufactured on a larger process.
