yeah

3500 x 2 = 7000 which is the right speed

Double Data Rate, so multiply it by 2.

That means that the vRAM is operating at 3506MHz (3.5GHz)

Usage is another thing.

yeah

3500 x 2 = 7000 which is the right speed

So which one from this pic

to see the VRAM usage?

https://imageshack.com/i/pcUJ0RDKj

so this is normal ?

because if close CSGO , and on my desktop

the speed become 350mhz

and when i open chrome

it spikes 3 times to 3506 mhz and then back to 350mhz

That is alright, it is just scaling to meet what you are doing.

GPU-Z and some programs show actual memory clock speed. This will read 1750MHz.

MSI AB and nVidia Inspector etc will show doubled memory speed. This will read 3500MHz.

Some other sensors will show actual effective memory clock. This will read 7000MHz.

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.

THE INFORMATION GUIDES: SLI INFORMATION || vRAM INFORMATION || MOBILE i7 CPU INFORMATION || Maybe more someday
