Built a rig for my friend using these fans, they're alright for the price, don't run it at full speed though cause its noisy as hell. Just make sure to run it at mid-speed or even the lowest speed if you don't want to hear anything. (They're not SUPER quiet but quiet enough that doesn't drive you crazy)
