I wanna benchmark my laptop. Tried getting PCmark 8, but it isn't free. Is there a free software kinda like it?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

What component do you want to test?

I know 3DMark is really good for GPU's

Good it is. Free it is not.

3DMARK or Unigine Valley Benchmark for your gpu.

Prime95 for cpu.

get a temperature monitor software like Open Hardware, speed fan.

Cpu-z is good software to check your spec information.

edit: check your steam sales for low price on 3Dmark. got it for 5 bucks during last winter sales.

may your framerates be high and your temperatures be low. #pcmr
