Need Help With My Build!

Hello Guys!

Wanna build my own PC, can u have a look pls?

I mainly play stuff like LoL, Dota 2 and so on, but id also like to play current titles like witcher 2, crysis 3 and so on... so just 4 normal gaming on 1080p.

in addition i am editing sport videos captured with my gopro and stuff like this.

I just planned to spent a max. of 500€. Actually i think i am good with the CPU and GPU, but with all this stuff im already at about ~520€. 

So could u please tell me: where can I spare some bucks and which cooler and power supply should I pick? (would be nice if it could be something quiet  :rolleyes: )

 

 
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor  (94,50€)
Motherboard: MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard (97,70€) (any alternatives?)
CPU Cooler: ???
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (68,81€) (is it necessary?)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card (210,95€)
Case: BitFenix Comrade ATX Mid Tower Case (44,51€)

Should be fine on most of the games.

But on demanding games like Crisis 3 that CPU will hold you back

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

He roars a viking roar as he fills my butt with his love. My dad walks in. Fifflaren looks straight into his eyes and says; "He is a ninja now". Fifflaren is love, Fifflaren is life

Ok, so which CPU would u recommend? :unsure:

You did say you was editing so the processor i would of said for gaming would hold you back on that.

You might have to get a decent cooler like the Cooler-Master 212 EVO and overclock the CPU

And about which GPU are u talkin about? Does it fit into the same price range as the fx 6300?

May I suggest going with an amd dual graphics system? You'll get a quad core which should be okay for video editing and decent-er and less bottle necked graphics.

That's solely because of the gaming aspect of the build. The FX will do faster rendering, yes; but you can afford to wait a bit more, given that it's a non professional. build. However, if you are gaming, you really can't afford to have a dip in minimum framerates, as it will ruin the experience. Besides, it consumes a lot less energy, and produces less heat.
