No need to get mad :P

Get an Elgato (regular one, not HD60), get component cables for PS2 (look better than composite/standard cables.) and use OBS to stream.

im looking to speed runs games so emulator is cheating as load times are faster

I would very much recommend the Elgato as you can even stream PS2 in 1080p or 720p60fps, but even newer consoles.
