My computers a mess, a crappy case and a power supply that's really too big for system doesn't help.

I pulled it all out and started over:

Attempted a clean up, and cable management this afternoon. Didn't go all that well to be honest. But it's tidier then before! :D

PC Specs:
I5 3570K
GTX 660
Gigabyte Mobo with a really long and complicated name
8GB Corsair Vengeance Memory
1TB HDD
500GB HDD

Parts scattered all over my floor:

Pulled (literally) the case apart this time so I could have access to all areas with highly limited management solutions ;)

Shortly after, I picked the motherboard up by the heatsink and managed to catch a skin tag and rip it :(

5 stitches later I was back at it.]
Before I put the 660 back in, had some issues with the SATA power over riding the space the card needs, so had to move them a few times.

Finally:

Done :D

Still not 100% as I wanted it, but when I get a new case sometime in the summer I'll be able to sort that all out properly. Also installed some cathodes since the last picture but meh.

Thanks for looking :D

Dude, I used to have that case! I managed to cable it quite tidily, though.

My specs were:

  • Gigabyte GA-EP45T-EXTREME
  • Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 (Think I had it clocked at 4.2 or 4.4 GHz)
  • Zalman CNPS 9500
  • MSI 9800GTX+ (Factory OC, Came with Tom Clancy's Rainbox Six Vegas 2)
  • No-name 450W PSU
  • Green CCFL that was controlled by the soundcard

Sold it a few years ago.

I once was planning to put a 9 button matrix in the side window instead of the fan, so you had to enter a code to fire it up :P

I keep kicking myself for getting it to be honest. I hate the guts off it. Any tips for management? I'm looking at sleeving the cables with the next case too :D

have you thought about painting the case, giving it some life?

Screw that, seen someone do it on YouTube and it came out alright to be honest..

I ran them straight out from the PSU behind the ODD. Then down and whatever is too long can be bundled up in the bottom HDD cages :)

You could just get a Corsair 200R. Awesome case for the money.

The 200R doesn't look that bad to be honest, I'm defiantly going to invest in a nice decent case that's for sure. But now I've got a second PSU and Case I might think about doing a secondary PC from my old parts, seems like a good idea :D

Definitely looks like it, I might be getting one for my brother's rig, it looks to be much better than any case at that price (Antec 300 two, CM 431)

I have personally built a system in it for a buddy of mine and I'm very pleased with the build quality and features you get for the price. Definitely recommended by me ;)

Sure, but it will take some time considering I'll be going to Italy for a week and will start ordering parts ~20th July :D.

Thanks, I'll definitely be getting that case if I can find it online with a decent shipping price. I have not able to find it locally in which case I'd have to spend a bit more and get a 300r (not something I want because of tight budget)

Yeah it probably won't look too good since It'll be an H77 budget build with no window and I'll be solely focusing on getting the best bang for the buck, but I should be able to do some good cable management in that case with a CX430M. I guess I'll post it anyway, maybe get some suggestions too :).

I'm sorry @TRCornishboy for slightly derailing this thread.
