All the parts are great (besides possibly the gpu depending on what you plan to do), but why is everything from newegg? I guess it is a little easier, but you can get a better value it you go even just from two places.

No need to get the 32/64 bit version of Windows, just get the 64-Bit version and save 30 dollars. PSU looks fine, not the one I would have chosen, but alright. Also, where's the price on the 5820K, PCPartPicker has done goofed
