Would it be alright to have 2 intakes and have the top as a passive exhaust instead of my power supply as an exhaust cause if I have the powersupply as an exhaust won't it fight for air with the graphics card? Thanks

What case do you have and which PSU?

Do you have an open heatsink graphics card or is it the extractor type?

Where in your case are your fans mounted?

Do you have the option to stop the fan on the PSU? Because that might not be the best idea. Is it not controlled automatically?

To be honest I'd leave one of the fans in the back of the case, but it might be a good idea to add another fan to the front (if you can add fans of the same brand and type, some of the sound each produces cancels out some of the sound from the other, so there's a benefit there).

If you add another fan to the front then if the PSU fan speeds up under load you can keep it fed more easily.

Don't worry about the PSU, leave it to take care of itself.

Why do you want to move the fan? I'm assuming you want to move it from the back to the front?

My advice would be to leave the rear fan where it is but add another fan (of the same type if possible) to the front of the case.

(You don't have to fill every fan aperture, you can leave some empty. Just monitor your temperatures and only add fans if it's really necessary (or if you just feel you want to))

To be honest it's really best to think in terms of airflow. If you want the top of the case to be a passive outlet for hot air you need to work with convection, because that's the only thing that's going to make the heat move through the top of the case. If you're blowing air across the interior of the case from the back of the case, depending on the strength of the fan, you could be blowing hot air into an airflow dead-zone in the front of the case and cutting off the convection currents that that would otherwise carry hot air out through the top of the case.

The best thing to do (if the only issue is that you want to only use the two case fans you have) is to move the fan at the back of the case into the top of the case as an extractor.
