Asus stix or original CU

Hello! Im not particularly fond of the strix version of the 970. I found the original cu design from previous generations and I wonder if it does the same job of cooling as the cu strix. The reason why im worried about looks is that im going with a mini itx build, and the card will be visible from the front. THANKS :)

The Strix is phenominal, the only thing thats bad about it is it can run hot when its not. under heavy loads because the fan isnt spinning

and thats why you can change the fan curve :)
