Dying Light Performance

Hey,

Do any of you have problems with Dying Light performance? I have two GTX 970 in SLI and play at 4K and the game runs barely 50FPS on the lowest setting and stutters when I am outside. Please dont mention the VRAM issue because the game stays at 3GB.

It has some issues with sli and multithreading at the moment.

Shite optimization, as usual with most port overs, or pc games in general.

Running it on my rig, with such an outdated cpu, my performance varied quite a bit. I was running it all on Ultra/high, with view distance at 50%, and my fps in combat dipped to ~25fps, sometimes i could get up to ~65fps running around. Kinda weird tbh.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

turn off the specific nvidia settings and turn the view slider to the lowest setting.

I could play at 4k medium settings with my 770.

I had some occasional hiccups running at 1080p ultra with my 970. Although nothing that ever got me killed.

Turn your field of view down. The 970 isn't really a 4k capable card because of the Vram issue.

There's something wrong there, I play completely maxed out at 1440p with 2 970s and I'm almost always way above 60fps... Sometimes even above 100 inside buildings.
