Message on Bios Screen removal - Solved

Hi All,

Recently picked up a Dell laptop and when you boot it up under the Dell logo is the name of some Guy. When I googled it apparently this is called an ownership tag which can be removed using a dell application called Dell platform Tags, the problem is it uses Command prompt which is like a Foreign Language to me. I can't understand what Im suppose to type in the command line to make this happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have tried PlatformTags.exe SOT:XXXXXX but that didn't work.
