Program to set task during night?

Is there a programm that lets me put my pc in hibernate and after 2 hourse it boots up and does certain task that I have set.

 

For example; I put my PC in hibernate (21:00) and at 23:00 it will boot up automaticly and start up µTorrent and it will resume my downloads.

Or it will start up vegas 13 and render my project?

 

so is there a programm for that or something similar.

Maybe using sleep mode and a custom program. Not sure though.

@ItsFTP Scheduler works when hibernating? To my knowledge it can Wake up from Sleep, but not from Hibernation.

I think it does, though not sure. It might, it might not but I can't confirm any at the moment.

yeah, it doesn't work in hibernate... I tried it a few month ago...
