h100i water cooling heat targets

Hey folks,

 

I've overclocked my i5 4690k to 1.205V with a h100i installed. On Balanced mode it hits 99 on real temp logging an issue. Do I have unreasonable expectations or am I pushing this too hard?

 

I bought Arctic thermal paste, but decided to forgo it at the last moment and just use the stock thermal paste.. Does this make a huge difference or have I botched the install?

 

Any and all help appreciated.

Those are unreasonable temperature for that voltage, remount the cooler

Likely a mounting problem. Very common with H100i. Remount it, if problem persists do the washer mod.
