I have some questions about raid 0, I heard this helps you get more performance out of your system and its supposed to be easy. However I have a ssd that is 128 gb and a 1tb HDD, can I raid these together in order to make it raid 0?

You should be able to, however the combination won't be much faster than the HDD on its own, and your SSD will see a lot more wear. Your better of having the SSD as a boot drive, and the 1TB HDD for storage (its what I do and it saves wear on both).

Correct; RAID 0 simply runs those drives and your OS recognizes them as a single drive.  This  won't give you more speed with that combination; and especially doing that is quite risky because if one of those fails; both share the data and become corrupted and need to be re-installed.

If you wanted to do this, a the SSD would be used as a cache drive (Only need a 64GB).

Then you get a 128GB SSD for boot drive.
