PS. I know there is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but thats a bit expensive, for me

Live with the stock jet engine for a while. It's worth getting the 212 EVO over the other ones, because it's a noticeably better cooler even then T4

Because it can't be loud, because the f*cking stock cooler is like a chainsaw and doesn't cool good

I have used both and they are excellent - the mounting isn't too hard too, if it were me I'd grab the Themis, it destroys any of your original choices and the 212 Evo for most probably less money

I can get the Aidos but not the Themis, just going to look for other reviews

ehh just set own fan curves, downvolt the cpu, disable amd turbocore

Loudness is about the same, but 212 EVO performs quite a bit better then T4

 

Just set custom fan curve for the stock cooler like @Bubblewhale suggested but if you really want one out of the list then the 412S is a good choice too
