I've built a computer from old parts and some new parts. The usb 2.0 front panel connectors on the motherboard don't match that of the actual front panel wire for the power button and usbs. I was wondering, would I need to get a new chassis or motherboard?

The motherboard is a socket 1150 micro ATX.

What do you mean? Can we get a picture of the plug that comes from the front panel, because I've never seen a case with front USB 2.0 that uses non-standard header plugs.
