Problem with Windowed Games

I like to run my games in Borderless Windowed mode. However, lately my open games sometimes aren't primary application anymore. What I mean is that in CS:GO for example I will randomly see my cursor instead of a crosshair and I won't be in-game anymore. I have to click to get back the game at which point i will fire a shot. Not very great during competitive games ^^

So is there anything i can do besides switching to Fullscreen?

yes, thats the whole point for having it windowed mode -  so i can simultaneously use spotify, skype, ts, etc.

It is the game that decide if the mouse should be locked to the window or not, lock at the center of the window if the application/game is focused on or not, and if it should show it or not, or replace the cursor with something else.

So what it means is that it is by design by the developer of the game in question.

Would be nice if there were options, but sadly most games, if not all, don't have. Probably because it is not common for people to play games in window mode.

strange that they have the option to play in 2 windowed modes yet don't expect people to use it.

I didn't say that. I said that few people do, which might explain why it has limited options.

same way you can'r record using Shadow play when you enable bordelress but it works in Windowed or Full screen

Mine plays just fine without this issue in borderless. 

Verify the game files in steam, and if it still happens start closing apps one at a time until it stops happening.
