Set up a USB disk RAID0 in linux after about an hour poking around in my fstab and mdadm files trying to get it to mount. 16GB x 4 @ 250MBps read and 95MBps write on pretty slow drives. Awesome. Now I've proved it's possible and relatively effective I need to get some faster drives and run them on their own USB bus a piece. Probably need a desktop and a bunch of PCIe cards to do it. No idea what I would actually do with this. Any Ideas?

Not really something that can be useful I don't think as of now. It only works on my Linux install I just switched over to windows to see if it would pop up and no joy. Perhaps if I figured out a way to make it mobile and usable on multiple OS' but as of now "it's for the yolo"

-snip-

This just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside. Cuz, you know, just 4 thumb drives in a raid 0 array. No biggie.

That's very cool.

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. The True Path of the Feathered One. ~ Dimboble-dubabob III

Here are the screens When I recompiled the RAID it didn't read as fast as it did the first time. I'll have to figure it out later.

I know they are wide and might not be viewable from browser but if you DL them it should be zoomable
