If it is $1500 its looks great, i suggest not going with a Noctua and rather an AIO instead.

I think you'll want a beefier CPU cooler.

You should go with Windows 8.1 instead of 8.

that cpu cooler is a low-profile, low-heatoutput mitx cooler. why would you want to use it?
