need help looking for a program

hey im looking for a program that plays the muisc then when it stops  you push a hot key to move the mp3 to a (like folder ) or a (dont like folder) could even make a copy of the mp3 if that is eazer.

I have dyslexia plz be kind to me. dont like my post dont read it or respond thx

also i edit post alot because you no why...

Tinder of media players? You can rate songs in different players but it would need some custom scripting to utilize moving based on rating.
