Hey guys, do u think i will notice any major bottleneck with an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T and one MSI GTX970 on an ASUS ROG crosshair IV extreme ???

Yeah......I think that'll be a bottleneck...

How, what reference material does he have. 99% GPU load isn't even evidence of not being a CPU bottleneck. You can still have a 10-20fps difference between CPU A and CPU B when in both cases the GPU load was 99%. Drawcalls yo.

 

1090T is basically a 6300 when it comes to gaming. So yes, def. not worth the investment of the card when you will never average the framerate it should be getting.

Most of the games out there will have lowered gpu usage.

 

You still may get playable fps from your games, but the GPU will not be operating optimally at all in a varied amount of games.

 

Your CPU is akin to the FX 6300, in fact your CPU may very well be beating it (by a pretty small margin) in a few applications.
