Hi,

 

I think i'm doing something wrong with my SSD its slower than it should be so I did a benchmark and got this:

Is this normal and if its not what can i do about it ??

He has the Kingston Hyper X 120GB SSD.

Yep

 

the samsung disk really sucks d*nk dick it shuts down every 30-40 minutes

The drive says scsi device... You got the onboard sata ports setup as raid? If ur not using raid try setting it to ahci. That might make it work faster. It does for me but unfortunately im using raid on my system. Makes around 50MB/s diff for me.. So try it.
