I've waited weeks for a stupid 12V DC 2.1mm barrel plug to molex to install these lights into my PC: http://www.amazon.com/SUPERNIGHT-Waterproof-300LEDs-Flexible-Controller/dp/B00B2F3KDQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1423695941&sr=8-1&keywords=supernight+led

Now nothing will happen when I plug them in. Please help I've waited so long for them to work.

What does that mean?

The lights connect to the white box with a 4 pin connector. Flip it around and try

If I do then tell me what I would do.

Check continuity to ensure you have no short circuits and the voltages at each stage as @AleksaNS stated. Whenever you do an electrical project, you should have a multimeter standing by to help you troubleshoot.

If I do then tell me what I would do.

First connect that adapter to molex and turn on pc.

Connect voltmeter (range at least 20V) to barrel by sticking red wire from voltmeter inside of barrel and black touching the outside of barrel.

Voltmeter should say 12V. If not try reverse. If its still nothing than its bad adapter.

Then If you get that we proceed to next step:

Connect barrel to that white box (molex is still connected and pc is on).

Black wire from voltmeter should be connected at output pin that arrow is pointing at. With red wire touch each of other 3 pins and see what voltmeter says. (I think sometimes those led strips work reverse. In that case put red wire from voltmeter on pin that arrow is pointing at and black at those 3 pins separate). You should be able to read values from 0-12V. If not try to play with remote and repeat this step. If still nothing than return that thing.

How am I supposed to stick it in the barrel when it's plugged into something?

In step 1 barrel is not connected at all. Other end of that connector is male molex thats connected to female molex that goes to psu.

After you measure that you should stick that barrel in white device and forget about it. Than you do step 2.

-SNIP-

Check to see if it's plugged in all the way it looks like the plug wasn't connected all the way, other than that check the polarity of the DC jack to ensure the center is positive and outside of the barrel is negative.

On the led strip, where it plugs into the control box, make sure the 2 arrows are connected. Do you have another powersupply/one with the kit to test? I own 3 strips, 4 control boxes and they all work

I can't plug it in anymore.

The what?

Polarity as in the positive and negative lines, make sure the dc jack you have wired has the positive on the inside and the negative on the outside like it says on the controller http://imgur.com/akPQ8Cf
